Standard Service Package

Recruiter Training & Mentoring: Regular training workshops for internal recruiters and hiring managers on interview techniques, engaging with candidates, and conducting inclusive hiring.
Recruitment Process Optimization: Assess and refine the entire recruitment process, including job posting strategies, interview workflows, and candidate outreach.
Ongoing Support:
3-month post-launch support for refining the recruitment and onboarding systems, including regular check-ins, troubleshooting, and minor tweaks.
Timeframe: 12–16 weeks for initial setup, plus 3 months of ongoing support.
Premium Service Package
Target Audience: Large businesses, high-growth companies, or organizations that require comprehensive support across multiple departments, plus active recruiter management and headhunting for critical roles.
Deliverables:

Recruiter Management: Take on the responsibility of managing and mentoring
recruiters you hire for the company. Includes weekly/bi-weekly check-ins, performance
evaluations, and continuous training.
Active Recruitment Support: Handle the recruitment process for 1–2 critical roles (e.g., leadership positions, hard-to-fill roles, or high-impact hires). This includes:
- Sourcing candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and niche job boards.
- Screening and interviewing candidates.
- Coordinating the full recruitment process from start to finish for the assigned roles.
Full-scale DEI Strategy Implementation: Ongoing support to implement and track progress on diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in the recruitment process.
ATS Optimization: Work with the company’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to
optimize workflow, set up automated candidate pipelines, and ensure the system aligns
with new recruitment strategies.
In-depth Employer Branding Campaign: Manage a multi-channel employer
branding campaign (social media, paid ads, job boards) to position the company as a
leading employer in its industry.
Ongoing Support:
6 months of full management: Continuous monitoring, adjustments, and hands-on management of recruiters, recruitment efforts, and onboarding processes. This can include:
- Reviewing recruiter performance.
- Adjusting job descriptions and ads for each new hiring cycle.
- Monthly reporting on key metrics.
